YabandPay provides businesses with online payments, QR code payments, in-store POS payment acceptance, multi-currency settlement, fund pooling and cross-border settlement services. By integrating card payments, European local payment methods, Alipay and WeChat Pay, YabandPay offers convenient payment solutions for e-commerce, physical stores and unattended retail environments, including vending machines. These solutions help businesses simplify payment collection and settlement processes and improve the efficiency of their fund management.

Supervisory Board

YabandPay’s governance model is based on the principle of a clear, balanced and adequate organizational structure. It has established a sound internal governance structure whereby the governance structure takes into account a two-tier board structure, consisting of a Supervisory Board and Management Board.

This Supervisory Board is composed of only independent board members. The independent Supervisory Board supervises the Management Board and the general course of affairs within YabandPay.The Management Board is responsible for the overall day-to-day management and will ensure the execution of business operations and business continuity.

Wouter PaardeKooperChairman of the Supervisory Board

Mr. Paardekooper has over ten years experience acting as a board member. Presently, he holds positions such as supervisory board member at ContextLogic BV, board member at Baker McKenzie International BV, and board member at Thomson Reuters Holdings BV and related entities. He is also involved with the Young Pianist Foundation. In previous roles, he served as President of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands and was a board member at Baker McKenzie Amsterdam. Additionally, he contributed to organizations like Amsterdam Marketing and the Netherlands Association of Tax Advisors. Furthermore, he held a supervisory board role at Amsterdam Museum.

Jeroen Bosch van RosenthalMember of the Supervisory Board

Mr. Bosch van Rosenthal boasts a wealth of executive and managerial expertise, with a deep-rooted history in the financial and payments sector. He possesses a profound understanding of business strategy, governance, stakeholder management, and operational intricacies. Previously, he held key positions including CEO of Credtclick, supervisory board member at European Merchant Services (EMS), and CEO of the European division of International Card Services Bank (ICS), among others.

Management Board

The Management Board is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of the company’s strategy. It is composed of senior management with extensive industry experience. All members of the Management Committee meet the fit and proper requirements set by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB, the Dutch Central Bank), ensuring that the company operates in a compliant and risk-controlled manner.
