What is a Payment Link?

A payment link is a convenient payment method that can be accessed through a URL or QR code. Once customers click the link or scan the QR code, they will be directed to a secure payment (checkout) page.

Depending on the payment link type and your settings, customers may need to enter required information (such as payment amount, payment description, etc.) on the page before completing the payment.

How to Create a Payment Link?

 

You can easily create payment links via the YabandPay App or the management portal at https://app.yabandpay.com. We offer the following payment link types:

  • One-time Payment Link: For single transactions, valid for one use only.
  • Reusable Payment Link: Can be used multiple times, ideal for long-term or recurring payments.
  • Fixed QR Code: Valid for long-term use, where the payer can manually enter the amount and description to complete the payment.

When creating a payment link, the system will automatically generate both a URL and a QR code. You can choose to send the payment link, QR code, or both to your customers to quickly complete the payment.

 

What do payment links cost?

Creating payment links, as well as sending payment reminders and notifications, is completely free of charge.

However, YabandPay will charge transaction fees based on the payment methods chosen by your customers (e.g., Credit Cards, WeChat Pay, etc.).
