10/05/2022 YabandPay has acquired Finland Avaintec Payment’s WeChat Pay mobile payment business
YabandPay has acquired Finland AvainPay, a WeChat Pay mobile payment business by Avaintec Payment Oy.
The acquisition strengthens YaBand’s position as a provider of AliPay and WeChat Pay payment solutions in Europe.
Mobile payments solutions keep growing in popularity. With WeChat Pay, Chinese consumers can make payments quickly and conveniently in RMB, directly from the all-inclusive WeChat app.
AvainPay has already gained a solid position in the Finnish market, and therefore offers a great opportunity for a strong market entry into Finland.
Through the acquisition, Yaband will attain Avaintec Payment’s WeChat Pay mobile payment solution along with all its customers.
